"Crochet wasn't just a hobby — it was deeply ingrained in who I am."
Kathy picked up her first hook at ten, set it aside for family and business, and found it again during recovery from a stroke at 49. Years of selling finished pieces at markets led her to what she loves most: writing original patterns.
Since moving from Adelaide to a seaside village south of Sydney in 2019, texture, colour and the coast have shaped every design. She also leads the Sutherland branch of her crochet guild and helps new branches grow across Australia.
